On Monday night, a group of masked gunmen pulled off an armed robbery in front of several popular restaurants in the 600 block of Wharf Street SW, when they popped out of a vehicle locked and loaded with handguns.

In new video released by the Metropolitan Police Department that has quickly gone viral, a dark-colored sedan with tinted windows pulled up and the four gunmen ran toward their victim in sync while demanding patrons' money and property as they were leaving the eatery.

They can be seen loading up bags used for leftovers  at an area restaurant before all piling back into the car, where the getaway driver was waiting in tow, and took off.

No additional information about the suspects has been provided by the police.

Anyone with information regarding the suspects or incident has been asked to contact detectives by calling (202) 727-9099 or texting 50411.
